Data controller

The controller of personal data is the operator of Noveric.cc (see Contact).

What data we process

• Service data – ordered services, payments, communication with support.
• Technical data – IP addresses and logs necessary to operate and protect the services (including anti-DDoS).

Purpose and legal basis

• Performance of the contract and provision of services.
• Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
• Legitimate interest – securing the services and protecting them against attacks and abuse.

Retention

We keep data for the duration of the contract and then for the period required by law.

Recipients

We share data only with processors necessary to run the services (payment gateways, infrastructure providers in the EU) and with authorities where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection.
