General
How quickly will my server be online?
Your server is created automatically after payment. In most cases it’s ready within minutes and you’ll receive your control panel access by email.
Where are your servers?
Our primary location is in Poland, where we run AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D machines and premium anti-DDoS protection that we build ourselves. Our secondary location in Germany also runs on our own anti-DDoS protection with game filters.
Is DDoS protection included?
Yes. Every server is protected by our own anti-DDoS with game filters. It’s always on and never costs extra.
What is MCP and why would I want it?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code work with your server – read the console, edit config files, restart the server and more. You decide exactly what each assistant may do and on which servers.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data stays and the price difference is calculated automatically.
Can I switch games on the same server?
Yes, the installer lets you reinstall the server with a different game or version. We recommend taking a backup first – the panel will offer it.
How does support work?
Support is provided through tickets in the client area and on our Discord.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown in the client area when you order. Prices on the website are monthly, in EUR and CZK.
Do I get access to server files?
Yes, full access through the web file manager and SFTP. You can download your backups at any time.
Minecraft hosting
How much RAM does a Minecraft server need?
A vanilla server for a few friends is fine with 2–4 GB. Paper with plugins for dozens of players ideally 6–8 GB, heavy modpacks 10–16 GB. You can upgrade any time without losing data.
Do you support Bedrock and crossplay?
Yes. Run a pure Bedrock server, or a Java server with the Geyser plugin (and Floodgate) so mobile and console players can join too.
How do I install a modpack?
Open the installer in the control panel, search for a modpack from CurseForge, Modrinth or FTB and click Install. The panel downloads the right server version, mods and configuration.
Can I upload my own world?
Yes, via the web file manager or SFTP. For large worlds we recommend uploading a ZIP and extracting it directly in the panel.
Is DDoS and bot protection included?
Yes, every server sits behind our in-house anti-DDoS protection with a dedicated Minecraft filter. No extra charge.
FiveM hosting
Do I need my own Cfx.re license key?
Yes, every FiveM server needs a license key from the Cfx.re portal (keymaster). Paste it into the panel or txAdmin during setup.
How many players fit on the server?
Slot count is set by your Cfx.re license and OneSync. Our plans give a performance-based recommendation – real load depends mostly on scripts and MLOs.
Is the database included?
Yes, a MariaDB database is included in every FiveM plan, with phpMyAdmin and automatic backups.
Can I migrate an existing server?
Yes. Upload your files via SFTP and import the database. Our support team is happy to help.
Which framework do you recommend?
For new projects we often recommend Qbox or QBCore; ESX Legacy is ideal if you want the largest pool of ready-made scripts. All install in one click.
Rust hosting
Do you support both Oxide and Carbon?
Yes, choose vanilla, Oxide/uMod or Carbon during installation. You can switch frameworks later.
How do automatic wipes work?
In the scheduler you set how often map and BP wipes happen, plus optional seed and map size rotation. The panel takes a backup before every wipe.
Can I use a custom map?
Yes, upload a map or paste a URL and the server will use it. Maps that need the RustEdit DLL are supported too.
How much RAM does a Rust server need?
8 GB is the minimum for a smaller server. For community servers with plugins we recommend 12–16 GB, for big maps and hundreds of players 24–32 GB.
DayZ hosting
How do I add Steam Workshop mods?
Paste the mod IDs in the panel (or search for them). The server downloads them, copies the keys and sets the -mod parameters on start. Updates are automatic.
Which maps do you support?
Official Chernarus, Livonia and Sakhal (players need the matching DLC) plus community maps like Deer Isle or Namalsk.
Can I edit loot and the economy?
Yes, you have full access to the mission files. For types.xml there’s a clear editor right in the control panel.
Will players see my server in the launcher?
Yes, your server shows up in the official launcher and in DZSA Launcher once you make it public.
Your server can be live in minutes.
Pick a game, choose a plan and leave the rest to us. Performance, protection and the control panel are all included.
